Every layer in a Hillwud sheet is a full sheet of veneer. Cut it and the lines run straight.
Drag it. Both are plywood.
The trade word for short, patched core pieces is fali. Fali plywood shows wavy, dipping lines and long deep gaps. Hillwud uses full sheets in every layer, in every product, including the cheapest.
We do not claim zero gaps. A core can crack, a dry veneer can chip. The claim is fewer, shorter, shallower gaps — and straight lines.

A jar built from Hillwud ply with a glass face, filled and sealed. Watch the joint.
Drive a knife into the glue line and twist. Fail, Pass, Excellent — the scale is printed on the board.
High-gloss laminate on half a calibrated sample. Look along the surface at a low angle.
