What the two levels mean
1X — we replace the defective sheets.
2X on Archilux and Agnilux — we replace them and pay you a cash amount equal to their invoice value.
What is covered
The warranty covers delamination. It does not cover warping. Insect cover runs for life on every product except Alvora.
Keep your warranty card and your invoice. Registering is the fastest route to a settled claim — but you are covered either way.
